FAQ's
Do you provide cap & gowns?
No, I do not provide cap and gowns for sessions. However, cap and gowns can easily be rented or purchased from the campus bookstore or online at https://gaspard.ca/. I recommend arranging for your cap and gown in advance to ensure you have it for your photoshoot. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance with preparing for your session.
When to book?
I recommend booking your session at least 3-6 weeks in advance. Spring and fall are particularly wonderful times of the year for photos on campus. During spring, the campus is adorned with beautiful blooms, while in the fall, the foliage boasts stunning colours as the leaves change.
What if it rains?
In the case of bad weather, I'll touch base with you to reschedule.
When will I recieve my photos?
Photos are delivered 3-4 weeks after the session date via an online gallery.
What should I wear?
When it comes to choosing your outfit for the photoshoot, consider dressing up a bit to mark this special occasion. Opt for neutral colours that are flattering and classic. However, the most important thing is to wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident. Feel free to accessorize with items that reflect your journey, such as textbooks, stethoscopes, lab coats, university merchandise, or any other props that hold significance to you. This is your moment to shine, so embrace your personal style and showcase your achievements with pride
How does payment work?
Payment for your grad session is simple and convenient. Once you book a session with us, we will send you an invoice detailing the total cost. To secure your booking, a 50% retainer is required to be paid at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due on the day of your session. We accept payments through e-transfer for ease and efficiency.
